ok, so it's snowing and has been for sometime, so this is just a shot of said stairs, unfortunately, you can't see the garbage, cause it's covered in a blanket of snow, I'll shovel later when I'm not feeling like a lazy panda and there will be a fresh pic of the stairs sans garbage, but don't worry, garbage will appear soon...
